This course is solely intended to train the person you have chosen as your ASC or hospital based Administrator to be efficient and effective.  This intensive on-site program in Austin, Texas will train your employee how to negotiate managed care contracts, deal with physicians, handle cash accounting, cross-train staff, oversee "back of the office" issues related to collections, provide them with benchmarks and standards, and a many other issues required in today's fast paced surgical environment.  This course is designed for both not-for-profit hospitals and for-profit ambulatory surgery centers.  It is not recommended for the faint of heart.
